Painting the body of my 1943 MB Jeep

I used paint I ordered from TM9 Ordnance Lustreluss Olive Drab Shade #8 Synthetic Enamel.

$45.00 per gal & $10.00 Hazmat & packaging fee

They also sell a two part two stage urethane paint in the same shade. (much more scratch resistant)

I used almost the whole gallon to paint the body, frame and under carriage. (inside & out)

On the outside body... one coat of base paint and then sanded down... then two coats for the finishing coat.

I researched the paint and to my understanding this is the closest you can buy for authentic WW11 paint.

These pictures are after my first coat and then outside body sanding.
