Memorial Day Weekend 2009
Mike & Patti went over to the Teanaway 5/23/09 (Sat morning to miss the traffic)
Got into camp about 10:00 AM and set up. Lisa, CL & Jack rode in about 1:00 and we sat around and ate lunch with them.
Patti rode out to the pavement with them and got back to camp about 6:30 PM. Great weather & good times.
Sunday morning we put the new outhouse roof on. "Nice & dry now" About 11:30 Judy Cowden & Bill rode into camp and we spent the
middle part of the day jawing with them. Later in the day Mike made a trip on foot up Murray Gulch & found it blocked heavily with downed
timber. Sooo... Monday morning we took the saw and cleaned out the Murray Gulch Trail. It is a little wet for stock right
now, but should be dry enough for use on the fourth. Mike rested in the afternoon and Patti took the boys out for another spin.
Tuesday morning we slept in until 6:30 and then packed up for home. Patti rode out as usual and Mike met her at the pavement
with the horse trailer. Good weather & Great time had by all !
